Reminders: ·
The Pre-Kindergarten children will be going to the computer
room on certain Fridays. Today was
their first visit to the computer room. They played a game called “KidPix” where they designed pretty pictures while
learning how to hold and use the mouse.
They had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back. ·
To prevent your child from having an accident, please make
sure that they use the bathroom before coming to school in the morning. ·
The first morning bell rings at 7:50 and the last bell rings
at 8:00. Children are to be brought to
school by 8:00. If your child comes
after the 8:00 bell has rung then they will have to enter through the
office. This is done so that the
office knows that your child is in school and is not absent. ·
All parents are invited to attend
“D.I.S.P.A” which is our parent organization.
They welcome friendly faces with new ideas. If you have any questions regarding “D.I.S.P.A”
please feel free to see me or Mrs. Gina Zmorzynski
who is Vivian’s mom. ·
With the weather turning colder we ask that you please bring
warmer clothes to put in your child’s extra clothes box at school if they
only have summer clothes. ·
Divine Infant school
is collecting “Box Tops for Education.”
If you see a “Box Tops for Education” rectangle on a box of cereal,
tissues, Bisquick, etc, please cut it out and send
it to school with your child. The
class who collects the most box tops gets to have an ice cream treat. ·
St. Valentine’s Day party will be on Monday, February 13. ·
Please read the letter sent on Friday, February 3, that talked
about our mailboxes how the children were going to distribute the Valentines
this year. On behalf of the
Pre-School/Pre-Kindergarten staff, we would like to say “thank you” to
everyone who highly recommended Divine Infant School to others. We are so grateful and touched for the kind
