A Message from Our Principal

Divine Infant has a proud tradition of providing its students with a quality Catholic education for over fifty years. Our focus is to prepare our students for their high school experience and to provide the students with the tools necessary to become life long learners. The curriculum is rich with student centered activities which allow for the spiritual, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and social growth of each student.

We are a Catholic learning community that reflects the cosmopolitan world in which we live. Students of different faiths, racial and ethnic backgrounds live and learn together in an environment that recognizes that we are all children of God.

Divine Infant is an extension of the education ministry of Divine Infant Parish.  Daily prayer and reflection play an important role in creating a Catholic Christian learning environment.  Religious instruction is age appropriate, developmental and includes an appreciation for the Catholic Tradition, liturgical celebrations, sacramental preparation for children and parents, service in the name of Jesus and initiation into living the principles of social justice.

Our teachers are certified by the State of Illinois. The faculty works with our pastor and parents to provide a positive learning atmosphere where each student can grow and develop in a nurturing environment. We do this by imparting faith, love and moral values, while setting a high academic standard for our students as developed within a curriculum which focuses on Gospel values.
