Social Justice Committee
Helps us to become more aware of human social needs and to develop effective responses. For example, during the past 8 years aided the hungry and homeless by working with BEDS, a local shelter, by preparing and serving both dinner and breakfast. Work in shifts for several hours between 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. on the 4th Tuesday from October to April. Other issues could also be explored, e.g. the death penalty, racism, sexism
